As a Sr. Program Manager supporting the Global Insights team, you’ll have your hands on the wheel as we drive the future of loyalty and customer-centric experience.
The Role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a key role within the Global Insights team, managing a large-scale, high-complexity, multi-stakeholder program comprised of 20+ concurrent projects.
A Day in The Life:
- Take accountability for the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of program delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Create comprehensive project plans encompassing all stages of the program (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure), including launch plans, communication plans, risk management plans, project schedules and critical paths.
- Structure and manage project timelines by tracking deliverables and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver project requirements within scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring quality.
- Consistently track the advancement of the program and provide updates on measurable elements like milestones, deliverables, and budgets to pertinent stakeholders.
- Lead project financial management requirements, including evaluation of project progress against budgets, estimating efforts and duration of activities, forecasting, developing statements of work, and creating project change requests and notices.
- Assist in generating pipeline forecasts and reports for account sales/growth activities as needed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, sponsors, and other key partners.
- Support the client relationship by developing and maintaining a trusted partnership, while becoming the client’s advocate within Bond.
Are You The One?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Project management certification considered an asset.
- 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing project management role, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience with client management and navigating complexities effectively.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong financial acumen, understanding key financial metrics and their impact on project delivery.
- Understanding of consumer research projects an asset, but not required.
- Passion, ingenuity, and a remarkable talent for effectively conveying strategic messages.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
- Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on functional knowledge and navigation of Project Management tools/software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - strong level of proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.
