Je recherche un analyste FP&A sénior pour un groupe manufacturier situé à Ville-St Laurent. Ce poste est permanent, à temps plein, avec possibilité de télétravail.

Diriger le processus et la fonction de planification et d'analyse financières (FP&A) de l'entreprise:

* Préparer le budget annuel, les prévisions et les plans d'affaires de l'entreprise
* Effectuer l'examen mensuel des activités de l'entreprise, y compris l'analyse des écarts et évaluer les indicateurs de performance clés pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration
* Préparer des rapports de synthèse et des analyses pour fournir des informations financières, soutenir les initiatives stratégiques et évaluer les opportunités commerciales potentielles
* Préparer et tenir à jour des modèles et des prévisions financières pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique
* Soutenir la mise en oeuvre d'initiatives et de projets spéciaux grâce à l'analyse des données financières et opérationnelles
* Analyser les données financières et opérationnelles pour identifier les tendances et fournir des informations aux dirigeants d'entreprise
* Collaborer avec les unités commerciales pour créer et analyser les budgets, en fournissant des informations et des recommandations pour optimiser les performances financières
* Collaborer avec l'équipe comptable et les dirigeants d'entreprise interfonctionnels

* Baccalauréat en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
* 3 années ou plus d'expérience en FP&A, démontrant un historique de soutien réussi à la croissance organisationnelle
* 2 à 3 ans en audit ou en fusions-acquisitions dans un grand cabinet comptable, un atout majeur
