**What YOU Will Do**

Under the supervision of the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the position holder is responsible for participating in the analysis of the company's financial information, the organizational budget cycle, and contributing to the preparation of documents essential for strategic decision-making. Specifically, you will be required to:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's annual budget in collaboration with other departments.
- Participate in the process of preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts for Pomerleau Inc. entities.
- Provide financial analyses and reports on the company's performance, identifying variances from objectives and recommending solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of financial documentation for senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and improve short, medium, and long-term financial models.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop, update, and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Monthly preparation of financial statements for joint ventures, ensuring proper accounting in consolidated financial statements, and conducting certain follow-ups with partners.
- Analyze the performance of a business unit by comparing the current year's actuals to the previous year and budgets, presenting conclusions to management.
- Conduct various operational analyses of construction projects.
- Implement tools for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze variances to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Monthly update of the order book.
- Participate in the technological development of the FP&A department (OneStream).
- Contribute to the preparation of various annual audit files for joint ventures.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, management, administration, or finance.
- Possess a professional accounting designation (CPA).
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) or accounting.
- Have an advanced level of English.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Have a keen sense of detail and precision.
- Be analytical and have the ability to synthesize information.
- Demonstrate efficiency and a strong sense of organization and prioritization.
- Possess initiative and leadership qualities.
