Responsibilities: General responsibilities for the role include:

  • Acquiring product/service knowledge and undergoing sales, customer service, and leadership training
  • Building and representing a positive brand experience, maintaining professionalism
  • Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals with new and existing customers
  • Developing and training team members for future leadership positions
  • Motivating individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
