Your Daily Contribution & Impact:
- Oversee and improve the operational performance of the Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the province.
- Ensure stores are meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Bumper to Bumper's corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability while empowering and inspiring store managers and staff to achieve their potential.
- Identify and address operational issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
Expertise & Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the aftermarket automotive and industry supply industries.
