Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Oversee and improve the operational performance of the Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the province.
  • Ensure stores are meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Bumper to Bumper's corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability while empowering and inspiring store managers and staff to achieve their potential.
  • Identify and address operational issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the aftermarket automotive and industry supply industries.
