Titre du poste : Adjoint(e) Administratif(ve) - Service à la clientèle bilingue
Description du poste :
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne bilingue compétente pour prendre en charge le service à la clientèle de notre entreprise. Le candidat idéal sera capable de communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Responsabilités :
1. Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants et assister les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
2. Recueillir les informations des clients et gérer leur demande de manière efficace.
3. Effectuer des ventes additionnelles (upselling) auprès des clients en utilisant notre base de données pour identifier les opportunités.
4. Organiser et dispatcher les techniciens pour les appels de service, en assurant une répartition équitable et efficace des ressources.
5. Maintenir des dossiers précis et complets des interactions avec les clients dans notre système informatique.
Exigences :
1. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
2. Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
3. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
4. Expérience antérieure dans le service à la clientèle ou des fonctions administratives similaires serait un atout.
5. Orienté(e) résultats, avec une aptitude démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
Conditions de travail :
- Salaire horaire entre 23$ et 27$, selon l'expérience et les compétences.
- Possibilité de commissions pour les ventes réalisées pour l'entreprise.
- Horaires flexibles selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
