Role overview

Cognizant is looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience. As a Senior consultant, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our Avature Applicant Tracking System. This role will work closely with HR, Recruitment, IT, and other partners to ensure the ATS supports and enhances our recruitment processes and meets the business needs.

What you’ll do

  • Avature System Configuration and Maintenance
  • Configure and maintain the Avature ATS, including workflows, user roles, permissions, and integrations with other systems
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the ATS.
  • Identify areas for process improvements within the recruitment function and implement solutions using the ATS.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ATS. Develop user guides and training materials as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in ATS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Ensure the ATS aligns with relevant data protection regulations and internal security policies.
  • Liaise with Avature and other third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new features and upgrades.

What you bring to the role

  • Possess a deep understanding of the ATS systems with proven track record of successful implementation experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client challenges.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
