As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operation and profitability for the hotel/s, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for your Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and work closely with property team members, Davidson Corporate leaders and owners
  • Promote positive guest relations and ensure the highest level of service
  • Direct, recruit, and develop hotel leadership teams
  • Ensure the profitability and revenue of the hotel
  • Coordinate any in-depth and detailed projects and/or renovations of the property
  • Develop and mentor the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 Years experience as a GM in full service and Lifestyle hotels is helpful
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans
  • Ability to organize and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Time Management skills
  • Negotiation Abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
