As a Documents and Administration Assistant reporting into the Manager, Estate Support and Continuous Improvement, you will:
  • Act as a facilitator with external liaisons such as Notaries, Lawyers, Tax Accountants, government authorities and financial institutions.
  • Prepare documents such as letters and other correspondence to clients and other external 3rd parties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients by answering phones and redirecting calls as needed.
  • Perform legal, financial and tax research to best support our internal and external clients as needed.
  • Compile and organize research to make it easily accessible and digestible.
  • Manage and maintain the administration of client files.
  • Complete administrative duties such as scanning, mailing, coordinating couriers, drafting correspondence and other related duties as required.
  • Enter our client file data into our software.
  • Deliver quality customer service by assisting with day to day needs of our Estate Professionals using a team player approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
