Opportunity

We're looking for a DSP Media Specialist to join our team as part of our Client Services function. The DSP Media Specialist works within our media team and supports our Media Managers to create, monitor, and track programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients on Amazon and Omni-Channel Retailers. Programmatic advertising continues to gain momentum around the world, with programmatic media purchases making up 85% of all digital ad spending in the US and just over 80% in Europe. The DSP Specialist will have the opportunity to learn Amazon’s DSP platform from the ground up working with some of the country’s top brands and advertisers. This position is an excellent choice for the analytically minded individual who’s curious, a self-starter, and eager to dig in and understand this massive opportunity.

What you'll do:
  1. Create, monitor, and track Amazon DSP display & video campaigns and budget pacing
  2. Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
  3. Collaborate closely with Media Managers and the rest of the team to learn campaign management best practices and campaign optimization levers
  4. Build out key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights during reporting calls
  5. Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes
  6. Work cross-functionally with different stakeholders across the media and e-commerce teams
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommended action
  8. Continuously support the development and improvement of operational processes within the team to drive efficiency
Who you are:
  1. You have experience in campaign management and digital advertising, specifically with Amazon Advertising and DSP preferred but not required
  2. You are proficient in using tools such as Excel, or third-party platforms to extract and interpret data
  3. You have a strong acumen for understanding new processes, information, and data and using this to help assist the team and improve existing processes
  4. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
  5. You have strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  6. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. You have great attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
