Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator is responsible for providing administrative services as well as facilitating a smooth experience for our customers. To ensure the operation of the service department, the Service Cashier will need to ensure they complete their duties effectively and efficiently. The position requires flexibility and the willingness to learn to support other facets of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments with customers and answer questions about work completed.
  • Be a safety advocate and report to management for anything seen that may be unsafe for either customers or employees.
  • Organize and keep track of all customer keys.
  • Process all payments with accuracy and understanding of what work was done and why.
  • Be willing to be trained in other jobs so the entire department is supported if needed.

Requirements:

  • Phone etiquette (answering phones, dealing with customers in a positive manner) is a must.
  • Bookkeeping, ADP, and dealership and collision industry experience would all be assets.
  • Self-starter, with multi-tasking and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and team building skills, problem solving and decision-making skills, and excellent communication skills (including verbal, listening, and written).
