To do so, the Sales Professional will be expected to…

- Develop meaningful relationships with each client

- Make personalized recommendations that meet the client's needs

- Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront

- Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously

Our ideal candidate has…

- A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and watch experience is preferred

- Strong team values

- Great interpersonal and communications skills

- Good organization and learning skills

- Knowledge of French & English

* Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.

- Tisser des liens solides avec chaque client

- Conseiller chaque client selon ses besoins de façon personnalisée

- Créer un environnement dans lequel la priorité est accordée au client

- Atteindre ou dépasser continuellement les objectifs de vente

Profil du candidat idéal

- Un minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail; expérience avec les produits/services de luxe ou des montres, un atout

- Grand esprit d'équipe

- Excellent sens de l'entregent et des communications

- Grand sens de l'organisation et faculté d'apprentissage

- Connaissance du français et de l'anglais
