Midstream Energy Partners is a Marketing & Supply Company specializing in LPG & Crude products with operations throughout the United States and Canada. Our head office, located in downtown Calgary, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to provide Accounts Payable support.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable management and processing, with a focus on accounts payable related to LPG supply.
  • Collaboration with commercial teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation and review of vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been handled.
  • Manage and monitor our Purchasing Card Program (issuing cards, resolving issues, training, monthly uploads and reporting).

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Basic accounting knowledge with experience working in accounting systems (knowledge of SAGE accounting preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping or transaction processing experience.
  • Previous LPG industry experience preferred.
  • Capable of completing tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills consistent with a dynamic fast-paced group setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
