Position: Insurance Qualification Specialist

Location: 379 Dundas St

Pay: $17.50/hr + $2-$5 per call

Average Calls per Hour: 2.6

Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Qualification Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for calling and qualifying interested candidates for life insurance. Your primary objective will be to assess their needs and then seamlessly transfer the calls to our licensed insurance agents for further assistance.

As an Insurance Qualification Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to your success and growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to potential life insurance candidates
  • Qualify and assess the needs of interested individuals
  • Transfer qualified calls to licensed insurance agents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Skills:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Native English speaking
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No criminal record
