Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand and support customer requirements.

  • Assess equipment needs and communicate presentations to both existing and potential customers.
  • Position entails occasional travel for projects and training in New Brunswick.
  • Craft and present proposals and quotations, adeptly negotiating contracts as needed.
  • Cultivate business opportunities within assigned accounts while nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Provide post-sale support by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Qualify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through clear solution scoping.
Qualifications
  • Over three years of experience designing, installing, and servicing various refrigeration systems.
  • Proficiency in performing load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex refrigeration system issues, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, components, and technologies, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerants.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to refrigeration system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Leadership abilities, including supervisory experience and the capacity to mentor and train junior technicians.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the refrigeration field.
