RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create complex visual effects that meet both the artistic requirements and the technical constraints of our projects
  • Identify tools and methods to facilitate the work of the art team and achieve the best graphical quality
  • Document, maintain , and improve artistic and technical processes within the project constraints
  • Share knowledge with the art team through mentoring and training
  • Regularly communicate technical constraints and best practices to the art team
  • Ensure that visual quality standards are uniformly met
  • Participate in the debug and graphical optimization phases of the game

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5 or more years of experience as an artist or technical artist in the video game industry
  • Delivered at least 1 multiplatform title
  • Mastery of artistic production techniques in video games
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Autonomous , self- taught , curious , and resourceful
  • Enthusiastic , positive, and team - oriented mindset

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience in creating shaders , with a good command of algebra and trigonometry
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5, including , for example , Lumen, Nanite , Niagara, and Blueprints
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages (C#, C++, Python, HLSL, GLSL)
  • Comfortable with one or more 3D modeling tools (Houdini, 3dsMax, Maya, Blender, ZBrush , etc.)
