Staffmax is partnering with our client to find a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator for posting trucks and equipment on their website.

Location: Transcona / North

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with customers, and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include email and social media graphic design, managing and listing equipment inventory, and handling inquiries about postings and listings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and equipment.
  • Design visually compelling email and social media graphics to engage our audience and convey our message effectively.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and update photos when new equipment arrives.
  • List equipment for sale on various platforms to maximize exposure and revenue.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about equipment listings, providing detailed information and assistance.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Assist with all aspects of customer service, including receiving deliveries, notifying the appropriate department, and coordinating customer pickups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, and/or Design.
  • Proven experience in marketing, focusing on graphic design and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Important Notes:

  • No public transportation service to the office is currently available.
  • Ability to multitask and switch gears as needed to fulfill the role effectively.
  • This is an in-office position
  • Position is full-time, permanent, and long-term.
  • Independent work with little to no direct supervision.
