As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving a major internal program aimed at leveraging AI to support long-term business goals. You will work closely with a talented and passionate team, helping to communicate innovative solutions that will shape the future of healthcare. In this position, you will transform complex topics into engaging narratives that resonate with a broad audience, including internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various program teams to support their communication needs and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Maintain and update core program communication materials, such as email communications, internal messaging documents, and team-specific resources like slide decks and internal websites.
  • Develop and curate content for internal engagement sessions, newsletters, and communication channels (e.g., internal collaboration platforms, intranet sites, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor internal feedback channels, including the program mailbox, consolidate feedback, and ensure FAQs and other key materials are kept up-to-date.
  • Assist in digitizing workshop outputs and engagement session materials for ease of access and reference.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications role, ideally within a corporate or dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with change management initiatives in complex organizational settings.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to translate strategic goals into actionable communication plans.
  • Capable of balancing attention to detail with a broader perspective.
