Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in iOS and Android development to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile technologies and be able to assist customers in integrating and troubleshooting our SDKs within their applications. This role will be reporting to the Technical Support Manager.Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales Technical Support: Provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and assist with proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Post-sales Technical Support: Resolve customer issues related to the integration and use of our mobile SDKs on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure they are met effectively.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers to help them understand and utilize our SDKs effectively.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement of our SDKs.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in technical support, software development, or a related role, with a strong focus on iOS and Android development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one of the most popular mobile development programming languages (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, MAUI, etc.) and familiar with multiple of them. Experience with mobile SDK integration and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
