As our Client's new Director of Employee Relations, you'll lead a talented team in navigating the complexities of employee relations, ensuring a workplace culture that's built on trust, empathy, and accountability.

Your Impact:
  1. Lead investigations into employee conduct, promoting a respectful workplace and upholding our code of conduct.
  2. Build strategic relationships with industry peers, advocacy groups, and associations to stay ahead of trends and best practices.
  3. Analyze regulatory developments and emerging issues to inform data-driven decision-making.
  4. Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on sensitive workplace issues, ensuring fair and compassionate resolutions.
  5. Develop and implement HR processes that proactively prevent misconduct and promote a high-performance culture.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback to your team.
What You Bring:
  1. 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or employment law.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulations.
  3. Proven leadership experience in risk management and business strategy.
  4. Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with outstanding communication skills.
