We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy and thriving Parts Department.

The successful candidate will:

· Provide in-person, telephone and online service related to parts sales.

· Respond to internal and external inquiries about parts and supplies.

· Conduct parts research on Company fleet as well as customer owned machine.

· Fill sales orders, create purchase orders, and replenish stocks.

· Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to ensure excellent customer service.

· Assist with parts service and inventory control.

· Assist with shipping, receiving and delivery of parts.

· Process incoming requisitions and distribute parts and supplies.

· Maintain records of orders and parts using a manual/computerized inventory system.

· Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and internal/external customers.

The successful candidate will bring:

· Minimum 2 years Parts Advisor experience in the automotive or heavy-duty industry

· Diploma in Parts and Warehousing from a recognized post-secondary education institution

· Parts Technician Certification (Red Seal) an asset

· Strong customer service skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Can-do attitude and be a team player

· Reliable, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean record

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs is required
