The Opportunity

The Personal Assistant/Office Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives while overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Office (CEO) and other Senior Leadership members including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and support the organization of company events and meetings as required.
  • Act as a liaison between CEO and other staff or external stakeholders.
  • Manage daily personal tasks and errands for CEO as needed.
Office Management Duties:
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain current operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Oversee current operations budget and financial planning, including expense tracking and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain office systems and technologies to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
