We're looking for a coworker ready to be a team player

What you will do:

  • Open the door for employees & Guest.
  • Answer the phone and transfer to the right department
  • Respond to E-mails.
  • Monitor visitor access
  • Handling and distributing mail/packages.
  • Create shipping labels (FedEx, Purolator, UPS)
  • Schedule pick-ups for delivery companies
  • Call Canbec Courier services when needed
  • Coordinate mail delivery outside the company
  • Maintaining the office cleanness
  • Organizing stockroom
  • Send Customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Sorting retail store mailbags
  • Coordinate the petty cash with the accounting department
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Close light and blinds at night

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with superior follow-through
