**Role & Responsibilities**

We’re searching for an enthusiastic team member with a versatile skill set, ready to take on the unique role of Content Creator & Receptionist. This role is ideal for an individual who is seeking to create meaningful and engaging content, while managing client interactions. If you are both customer-service oriented and savvy with social media, this position is for you

As a Content Creator and Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies that capture our brand essence, including detailed content calendars.
- Generate and pitch creative ideas for all social media platforms.
- Execute video and photo shoots, ensuring high-quality content capture, direct on-screen talent and managing the final product.
- Oversee community management efforts, ensuring engagement and responsiveness across platforms.
- Gather data, produce monthly and quarterly reports, analyze metrics, and develop insights to guide future content creation efforts.
- Warmly welcome and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
- Manage front desk duties: answer the phone, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, etc.
- Help with day-to-day operations, supporting various aspects of our storefront.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer-service or client facing roles.
- Bilingual
- Degree or certification in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
