General Mills Canada Customer Fulfillment Team is looking for someone with an energetic personality, inquisitive mind, and a courageous desire to drive Supply Chain efficiencies and enhance our business performance and partnerships with Key Canadian Customers. The Customer Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data & analytics to optimize forecast accuracy, customer inventory position to achieve healthy in-stocks, and key event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective working relationships with key customers by identifying Supply Chain efficiencies and analyzing daily movement of inventory and point-of-sale data.
- Deliver in-stock, weeks of supply, and inventory metrics at both retail and warehouse levels while preventing aged inventory issues.
- Develop and implement Customer Strategies to drive cost optimization efficiencies, manage inventory, eliminate out-of-stocks, meet/exceed customer goals and objectives.
- Optimize promotional ordering and forecasting.
- Communicate and resolve potential issues with promotional product fulfillment.
- Act as key Customer Fulfillment liaison for cross-functional meetings
- Create and execute weekly/monthly Customer reporting and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must proficiently speak and write in English (French bilingual a strong asset)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer fulfillment, account management or other relevant fields
- Demonstrated experience of strong communication skills
- Superior Time Management with demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables
- Effective Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Effective influencing skills at various levels within the organization and externally
- Demonstrated Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Supply Chain Experience in Consumer-Packaged-Goods
- Experience with Canadian Retail

L'Analyste bilingue de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement sera chargé d'analyser les mouvements quotidiens d'inventaire et de point de vente pour obtenir des mesures sur les stocks, les semaines d'approvisionnement et les données sur les stocks au niveau du commerce de détail et de l'entrepôt, tout en évitant les problèmes d'inventaire âgé.
Principales responsabilités:
- Établir des relations de travail efficaces avec les clients clés en identifiant les efficacités de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et en analysant les mouvements quotidiens des inventaires et les données des points de vente
- Fournir des mesures de stock, de semaines d’approvisionnement et d’inventaire au niveau de la vente au détail et de l’entrepôt tout en évitant les problèmes d’inventaire âgé
- Développer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies pour optimiser l’efficacité des coûts, gérer les inventaires, éliminer les ruptures de stocks, atteindre/dépasser les buts et objectifs des clients
- Optimiser les commandes promotionelles et les prévisions
- Communiquer et résoudre les problèmes potentiels liés à l’exécution des produits promotionnels
- Agir en tant qu’agent de liaison clé en matière d’exécution des clients pour les réunions interfonctionnelles
- Créer et exécuter des rapports et présentations hebdomadaires/mensuels
Exigences requises:
- Bilinguisme français et anglais (lecture, écriture et expression orale)
- Baccalauréat+ de 3 ans d’expérience ou l’équivalent
- Expérience et solides compétences en communication
- Excellente gestion du temps et capacité à démontrer comment prioriser plusieurs livrables
- Compétences en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Compétences d’influencer à différents niveaux au sein de l’organisation ainsi qu’à l’extérieur
- Habileté à travailler autant en équipe qu’en solitaire
- Solide connaissance des programmes Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Expériences préférence:
- Expérience SAP
- Expérience chaîne d’approvisionnement de biens de consommation emballés
- Expérience avec le commerce de détail canadien
