Skills and Responsibilities:

•Serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams to define and manage requirements. Translate business requirements to functional design.

•Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies.

•Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications.

•Qualifications include Demonstrated business systems analysis experience; Technology background; Undergraduate degree; and CBAP designation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•BBM billing transformation program is a initiative in modernizing the Billing eco system.

•The solution involves providing a Self-Serve Billing (SSB) platform to enable customers and agents ability to manage billing accounts, registration, invoices, payments and reporting for all the billers in BBM

•The team is required to develop the following Billing ART deliverables

•Onboarding of customers to SSB platform

•Support large PDF generation

•SAP Integration into SSB Platform

•Report migration to GCP platform

•Archival of billing data over 18 months

•Notification to customers on Onboarding of customers, Bill ready status, etc.

•Performance improvements

•Technical stack: Java, Spring Boot, SSIS, SAS, Teradata, Oracle19C, NTE MVC, .NET Web API, Microservices, OpenShift, Jenkins, DevSecOps, GCP, Big Query, TMF-ODA
