Responsibilities- Providing unparalleled customer service excellence
- Use ladders or bucket trucks to access aerial locations
- Accessing Fiber Optic Terminals to connect cables
- Adhering to existing practices and standards to ensure consistent quality
- Operate equipment and vehicle in a safe manner
- Ensure vehicle and test equipment are maintained in excellent working condition
- Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and accurately
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work in enclosed spaces and aloft
- Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
- Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
