Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Duncan, BC for a Construction Project Coordinator at Dryco Systems Inc. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for areas in project coordination, construction project management, quality control and safety on a day-to-day basis. They will collaborate with the other on site supervisors, project managers, safety coordinator and estimators.


Salary & Compensation

  • Fulltime permanent work
  • $56,000 per year
  • 40-45 hours per week
  • 10 days vacation per year after first 6 months
  • Extended Health Benefits


Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience in commercial construction projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Project Management skills
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and asset
