  4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).
  5. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  6. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Experience with process improvement initiatives is desirable.
