Ourclient in the printing industry is seeking a talented andexperienced Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This rolerequires a professional who can deliver highly accuratebrandcompliant and visually compelling crosschannel designsolutions tailored to meet the specific industry standards forprint.

Hourly salary of $21.73.
6monthcontract.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute precise design solutions from brief tocompletion ensuring alignment with industry standards and brandguidelines.
Participate in clientmeetings providing insightful design rationale and communicatingeffectively to guidedecisionmaking.
Stay informed ofindustry trends and innovations; conduct market research andpropose creative ideas that enhance clientdesigns.
Ensure all designs meetWCAG 2.0 (ADA) accessibility standards enhancing accessibilitywithout compromising onaesthetics.
Uphold the client sbrand by providing consistent and accurate brand guidance acrossall design outputs.
Adviseclients on optimal solutions for their communication needs managingqueries or escalating them to senior team members asneeded.
Proactively manageworkload working independently and collaboratively within thedesign team to meet deadlines and qualitystandards.
Monitor job budgetsand deadlines escalating potential overages in a timelymanner.
Adhere to andcontinuously seek improvements in quality controlprocesses.
Execute production arttasks including creating and refining mechanical layoutsredesigning existing compositions and ensuring brandintegrity.
Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to deliver designs that meet allrequirements.
Ensure all projectdocumentation is accurate approved and properlystored.
Perform additional dutiesas assigned by senior creatives or directsupervisors.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

24 years of graphic design experience in a fastpaced clientfocusedenvironment supported by a diploma or degree in graphic design newmedia design or information design from a recognizedinstitution.
Proficiency in AdobeCreative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) Figma and AfterEffects with animation skills considered aplus.
Solid understanding ofApple OS and ecosystem along with working knowledge of PowerPointWord and Dreamweaver.
Experiencedesigning web assets social media graphics digital ads emailcampaigns animations and printmedia.
Strong adherence tocorporate brand guidelines with meticulous attention to detail andaccuracy.
Ability to managemultiple projects competing priorities objectives and deadlines ina fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideasprofessionally and diplomatically even in challengingsituations.
Comfortable workingin a team environment brainstorming and presenting ideas withseniorlevel business partners.
Competence in quickly visualizing concepts and design directionthrough sketches and mood boards.
A strong diverse portfolio showcasing creativity critical thinkingand a passion for design.
Fluentin English both written and spoken with bilingual skills consideredanasset.
