What you will be doing:
  1. Ownership of wireless network spare equipment repair and return processes including packing, shipping, and receiving.
  2. Provide Regional business support and administer network data applications.
  3. Provide Oracle support to Western Field Operation teams.
  4. Network equipment inventory tracking and reporting.
  5. Network facility coordination including maintaining a safe work environment, physical facility layout and organization, and facility access and security.
  6. Interfacing with Field Technicians and other Rogers locations to ensure maximum customer service.
  7. Sourcing and purchasing network equipment.
  8. Ownership of test equipment tracking and calibration.
  9. Interfacing with internal/external groups and vendors.
  10. Identifying and forecasting network components requirements.
  11. Managing Rogers’s fleet of service vehicles.
  12. Support the procurement, distribution, and tracking of office and field supplies.

What you bring:
  1. Familiarity with wireless telecom networks and equipment.
  2. Experience with warehouse processes and equipment would be an asset.
  3. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  4. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  5. Proven self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
  6. Strong organizational skills, a demonstrated aptitude for detail, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Occasionally able to lift 50+lbs.
  8. Experienced and certified in fork lift operation would be considered an asset.
  9. Valid BC Driver’s License or equivalent.
