Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des composants côté serveur qui répondent aux exigences commerciales de manière efficace et efficiente.
  • Interagir directement avec les utilisateurs commerciaux pour comprendre les exigences et fournir des solutions.
  • Assister et guider les membres de l'équipe dans la conception et le développement.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables pour identifier et atténuer les risques et escalader les problèmes si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la qualité du code et les normes de tests automatisés, participer aux revues de code régulières et garantir que les seuils de qualité sont respectés et améliorés.
  • Travailler sur les efforts de migration vers le cloud pour construire la plateforme de nouvelle génération pour la Trésorerie.

Exigences :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel.
  • Doit avoir une expérience pratique avec Java, Scala, Spark et SQL
  • Solide connaissance du multithreading et du développement côté serveur à fort volume.
  • Une expérience avec Snowflake, PowerBI et des plateformes Cloud est un plus
  • Doit posséder de bonnes connaissances architecturales et être conscient des modèles de conception d'applications d'entreprise
  • Connaissance de base de Unix/Linux
  • Une exposition au développement orienté tests et comportement dans un cadre Agile est un atout considérable
  • Une exposition à des frameworks JavaScript comme Angular est souhaitable
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, travail en équipe et relations interpersonnelles Désir d'apprendre le domaine d'activité et de collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour spécifier de nouvelles fonctionnalités commerciales

Additional Information*

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing server-side components that meet the business requirements in an effective and efficient manner
  • Directly interfacing with business users in understanding the requirement and providing solutions.
  • Assisting & guiding team members in design and development
  • Partnering along with the leads to identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues as necessary
  • Ensure code quality and automated testing standards, be a part of regular code reviews and ensure quality gates are upheld and enhanced
  • Working on the cloud migration efforts to build the next generation platform for Treasury


Requirements:

You are:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in software development
  • Should have hands-on experience with Java, Scala, Spark, and SQL
  • Strong knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development
  • Experience with Snowflake, PowerBI and Cloud platforms is a plus
  • Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns
  • Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Exposure to Test and Behaviour Driven Development in agile setup is a huge plus
  • Exposure to JavaScript framework like Angular is desirable
  • Excellent communication, team-work and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn the business domain and partner with stakeholders to specify new business features
  • Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or relevant technical degree
