To meet the talent recruitment needs of Chinese companies expanding into the U.S., BETTERMORE CONSULTING plans to hire 2-3 consultants in the United States or Canada to support the recruitment efforts of Chinese enterprises.

  • Priority will be given to fresh graduates in 2025 and 2026. If a consultant performs excellently during the OPT (Optional Practical Training) period and meets the qualifications for the H1B visa, the consulting company will bear the costs to apply for the visa on their behalf. For consultants who are unable to apply for the H1B visa, they can return to work in China for one year after the OPT period expires. Once they have grown into million-dollar consultants, the company will apply for an L1 executive visa for them to return to work in the United States.
  • For non-fresh graduate candidates who do not have a U.S. green card, with the base location being in both the United States and China, they will work in China and the United States for half a year each year. After meeting the company's performance requirements, the company can apply for either a U.S. H1B or L1 work visa for them.

Job Description:

  1. Recruitment consulting services: Responsible for client-assigned recruitment projects, focusing on high-end candidates in the industry; handle candidate interviews, salary negotiations, offer issuance, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
  2. Candidate management: Build and accumulate a talent database, maintain good relationships with industry candidates, become a career mentor for candidates, and provide mid- to long-term career planning.
  3. Client development and maintenance: Seek and uncover business information, develop quality clients, and maintain good relationships with existing clients to become strategic partners.
  4. Development of search strategies: Formulate search strategies and action plans based on client needs.
  5. Talent market research: Closely monitor talent market information, attend industry summits, conduct talent mapping and industry mapping, capture business opportunities timely, and proactively sell to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree, any major accepted (preferably in biology, human resources, or business-related fields).
  3. Enjoys communicating with others and is willing to dedicate a long-term career in human resources.
  4. Confident, optimistic, and passionate; possesses strong communication skills, learning ability, goal orientation, and self-motivation.
  5. Has realistic expectations, delayed gratification, a commitment to lifelong learning, is honest, wise, and loyal; adept at sourcing resources and realizing value promptly.
