Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Analyst located in Montreal, QC. The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for leading investment efforts, conducting market analysis, cultivating relationships with potential partners, overseeing due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to the senior leadership team.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or a strategy consulting role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong financial analysis skills and experience creating financial models
  • Experience managing M&A deals from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with a focus on execution and delivering results
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
