This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their Workday setup, either in Payroll, HCM, or Benefits. As part of the team, you will support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and implementation of Workday modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure processes run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday and a passion for improving HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Implementation: Work with Workday modules such as Payroll, HCM, or Benefits, ensuring configurations align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to assess and enhance workflows within Workday, improving system efficiency and user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and overall efficiency improvements.
  • System Testing & Documentation: Assist with testing, create technical documentation, and support training materials for ongoing system updates and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure system functionality supports evolving business and employee needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Workday in Payroll or HCM, or Benefits.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in one or more Workday modules.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with advanced Excel functions, data integrity practices, and system automation.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work across departments to solve problems and implement improvements.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, ability to document processes, and handle sensitive data confidentially.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Workday certification or relevant HRIS credentials would be an asset.
