The Newly Institute aims to provide long-lasting change within the mental health industry. We are building a network of purpose-built mental health clinics across Canada, offering intensive outpatient programs for various mental health challenges.

We seek a MOA to join our innovative, purpose-driven, and multi-disciplinary clinical team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Client service, finance, administrative, facilities management, and technical duties.
  • Providing customer service excellence and accurate financial documentation.
  • Administering client electronic records and reports.

Client Service Accountabilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system and emails.
  • Book and manage client appointments.
  • Welcome and orient clients to clinic space.

Financial Accountabilities

  • Develop payment plans for clients.
  • Complete timely and accurate billings.

Operations/Facilities Accountabilities

  • Communicate with facilities management.
  • Organize inter-clinic logistic needs.

Administrative Accountabilities

  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain client files and associated information.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in office or clinic administration.
  • Experience providing superior client service.

Education

  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Office Administration.

Technical Competences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.

Background Check
