  • Skills: Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, business process improvement, and project management. Proficiency in XML, UML, and other web-services technologies.
  • Tools: Experience with tools and technologies related to project management and software development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and support project stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to design business architecture, software system specifications, and database models. Familiarity with iterative development and model-based processes.

Deliverables:

  • Documentation: Support the development of project deliverables including requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Project Support: Assist with project management status, financial reports, and schedules. Ensure alignment of project delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze business domains, document processes and systems, and assess integration with technology.
  • Workshops and Testing: Lead workshops and User Acceptance Testing during the development of business applications.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Personal Equipment: Must provide own computer and related equipment.
  • Compatibility: Computer must run a modern version of Windows or MacOS compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related software. Windows is preferred due to better compatibility. AVD/remote-related software will be installed on the resource's computer.
