Working Location: Red Deer, AB

Reporting to: Regional Clinic Manager

A day in the life of a Customer Care Representative involves:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
  2. Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
  3. Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships
  4. Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  5. Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs – don’t worry, training provided

What you get in return:

  1. 20 dollars/hour starting wage based on full-time employment
  2. Extended Health Benefits Package from day one
  3. 3 weeks vacations to start, increasing with tenure
  4. 6 days of personal time in your first year
  5. Additional days off, including your Birthday
  6. Monday – Friday (business hours)
  7. Eligible for Quarterly Bonus
  8. Growth and development opportunities including education sponsorship
