As a Partner Success Specialist you will play a key role in growing our partnership channels to accelerate our lead generation and merchant acquisition. Your prime responsibilities will be maintaining and growing Helcim’s partnership channels through regular meetings with partners, onboarding of new program participants, and partnership activation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to identify and execute on mutually beneficial opportunities. You will use data to optimize existing partnerships, support onboarding of new partners, and ensure accurate reporting both internally and to third parties.

What you’ll do:
  • Nurture and grow opportunities through our partnership channels (affiliates, integration partners, relationship partners including banks/credit unions and associations).
  • Build authentic relationships with partners and affiliates to drive mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Review program applications and onboard new partners.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and the Helcim Executive Team to identify growth opportunities to expand and optimize our existing partnerships.
  • Participate in reporting activities relevant to partnership channels both internally, and to our partners.
  • Own the partner relationship in the transition from Partnership Sales.
  • Continuously refine and execute on detailed partner account plans (regular partnership meetings, activation ideas, risk identification and mitigation, reporting).
  • Drive the partnership team as well as the company forward with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership and accountability for nurturing, expanding, and maximizing the relationship's potential through innovative strategies.
  • Occasional travel, as needed.

Your qualifications:
  • Direct experience working on account management, Client Success, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to simply convey complex information and concepts.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms (Hubspot is a bonus).
  • Ability to understand and utilize data to evaluate existing partnerships and to identify risk and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
