HRIS and Payroll Analyst – NORTAM - Contract 18 months with the possibility of extension
YOUR ROLE
As an HRIS Analyst/ Payroll professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and the optimization of HR systems. This position combines technical expertise with a strategic approach to support the organization in achieving its workforce operation goals.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
HRIS Management:
- Leads/Coordinates/Participates to the implementation of new HR systems to support the Canadian and U.S markets.
- Provides user trainings and produces system documentation and guides.
- Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, including administration, maintenance, and upgrade of the systems.
- Manages access, permissions, and confidentiality.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Implements data quality checking processes and maintains data referential.
- Produces complex data reports and dashboards for senior executives and HR staff.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
- Works collaboratively with Corporate HRIS team.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
- Performs other duties as required.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Payroll:
- Provides support in maintaining accurate time and attendance information.
- Assists in processing payroll and remittances.
- Supports reconciliation and auditing processes.
- Contributes to the automation of payroll procedures.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least two years of related HRIS experience required in implementations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Canadian Payroll processing
- Experience UKG Workforce management (Kronos) and UKG PRO preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Understanding of all areas of information systems with a technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

VOTRE RÔLE
En tant qu'analyste SIRH/professionnel de la paie, vous jouerez un rôle clé en assurant le bon fonctionnement des processus de paie et l'optimisation des systèmes de ressources humaines. Ce poste combine l'expertise technique avec une approche stratégique pour aider l'organisation à atteindre ses objectifs en matière de gestion du personnel.
QUE FEREZ-VOUS?
Gestion du SIRH:
- Diriger, coordonner et participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes de ressources humaines pour soutenir les marchés canadien et américain.
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs et produit la documentation et les guides du système.
- Superviser et maintenir le fonctionnement optimal du SIRH, y compris l'administration, la maintenance et la mise à niveau des systèmes.
- Gérer les accès, les autorisations et la confidentialité.
- Fournir une assistance technique, un dépannage et des conseils aux utilisateurs du SIRH.
- Mettre en œuvre des processus de contrôle de la qualité des données et maintenir le référentiel des données.
- Produire des rapports de données et des tableaux de bord complexes pour les cadres supérieurs et le personnel des RH.
- Veiller à la conformité du système avec les exigences en matière de sécurité et de confidentialité des données.
- Collaborer avec la direction et le personnel des RH pour identifier les améliorations du système ; recommander et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
- Servir de représentant principal et de liaison entre les RH, les services d'information, les fournisseurs externes et les autres parties prenantes pour les projets de conception et de mise en œuvre du SIRH.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe SIRH de l'entreprise.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des évolutions des fournisseurs de SIRH, des vendeurs et de la technologie.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches en fonction des besoins.
Analyses et rapports:
Générer des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour soutenir la prise de décision fondée sur les données:
Paie:
- Apporter son soutien à la tenue d'informations exactes sur le temps et les présences.
- Aider au traitement des salaires et des versements.
- Soutenir les processus de réconciliation et d'audit.
- Contribuer à l'automatisation des procédures de paie.
QUE RECHERCHONS-NOUS?
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de SIRH.
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le traitement de la paie canadienne.
- Expérience de la gestion du personnel UKG (Kronos) et de UKG PRO de préférence.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de soutien technique.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Connaissance des politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines afin de s'assurer que le SIRH répond aux besoins et aux objectifs de l'organisation.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ou d'un logiciel connexe.
- Compréhension de tous les domaines des systèmes d'information et compréhension technique d'au moins un produit SIRH commercial.
- Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en gestion des ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
