Insight Global is looking for an Executive Director to join one of it's healthcare clients local to the Greater Victoria, British Columbia area, on a full-time basis. The role will consist of championing the organization's Board of Directors' vision for expanding primary care, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading internal operations with excellence. Key responsibilities of this role will include upholding organizational goals, ensuring financial stability, and supporting successful community relations. As the organization is continuing to expand with headcount and physical clinics, it will be important for the Executive Director to oversee this expansion through a business lens. They will be overseeing all functions of the organization to ensure alignment of goals across divisions throughout the expansion. The Executive Director will also play a critical role in building and fostering the grassroots of a warm and inclusive culture, in addition to a positive and collaborative work environment.


Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Proactive Leadership: Anticipates organizational needs and initiates strategic actions to address

them proactively.

• Experience overseeing the financial management of the organization and oversight of the

financial officer and Operations Director in the development of budgets, review of financial statements and monitoring of financial performance.
