Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop electrical maintenance plans:
    • Plan and release work orders including task lists, SOPs, permits, and resources.
    • Prepare shutdown project work packages and coordinate with the scheduler.
    • Develop comprehensive work packages that identify task conditions and requirements.
    • Maintain a healthy fixed plant maintenance backlog.
    • Record maintenance activities and ensure data accuracy in the CMMS.
    • Address planning issues related to operational requirements and data accuracy.
    • Update PM requirements based on feedback and completed work orders.
    • Lead maintenance planning meetings.
  2. Operational excellence:
    • Comply with all safety practices and policies.
    • Identify inefficiencies and foster continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
    • Review KPIs and report non-conformances.
    • Prepare forecasts for maintenance activities.
  3. Collaborate for operational reliability:
    • Coordinate with reliability personnel on maintenance strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
    • Support service and maintenance contract negotiations.
    • Mentor and train new team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • College diploma in electrical technician or related field.
  • 5+ years as an Electrician, Instrumentation Technician, or Electrical Engineer.
  • 1+ years of planning or scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
