Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all marketing activities, specifically sales enablement and training programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing advertising and public relations programs.
  • Engage in continual evaluation of marketing and business development plans as well as tracking the ROI of initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders on cross-function projects. Fulfill and coordinate sales enablement tools for the sales team (Flyers, swag, business cards, parts, kits).
  • Procure and manage marketing inventories of sales collateral, promo items and branded clothing.
  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of samples, cutaways and other sales enablement materials.
  • Maintain marketing library of images, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Analyze monthly sales training data and award monthly winners.
  • Assist with budget tracking for the marketing department (managing vendor POs and invoices).
Qualifications, Skills, and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or project management role.
  • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient with time management.
  • Ability to react and make decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Understands the importance of being highly communicative with freelancers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Must exude a team player and helping hand attitude.
  • Handle time-sensitive situations and multiple demands.
  • Ability to be flexible with daily schedule.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Work at North York office as per hybrid policy (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
