Field Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
  1. In charge of job fulfillment from the time a job is sold until it is completed and paid in full.
  2. Oversee all day-to-day company field operations.
  3. In charge of all scheduling of the day-to-day crews to maximize the entire production team.
  4. Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
  5. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process as it pertains to all field operations and gross profits.
  6. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions in order to maximize gross profits.
  7. Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of field operations.
  8. Coordinate support to field operations throughout the business.
  9. Interview, hire, fire, train, and mentor the painters, crew leaders, scheduling, and anyone else related to the field management team.
  10. Be in charge of all client relations including complaints, online reviews, and regular check-ins.
  11. Provide regular performance updates to the executive leadership team and CEO.
  12. This is NOT a 9 to 5 job. You will be asked to work nights and weekends in order to get it done, particularly during our busy season from April to October.
  13. This is a tough business that requires a high degree of thick skin and ability to cut to the chase in order to Get Stuff Done (GSD).
Field Operations Manager Qualifications/Skills:
  1. Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
  2. Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
  3. Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
  4. Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
  5. Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and CRM management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. MBA, MAC, or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
  3. 5-10 years supervisory experience in operations or related field.
  4. Multi-team management experience.
  5. Previous P&L responsibility and knowledge a must.
Bonus and Performance Reviews Will Be Based On:
  1. Maintaining our desired gross profits percentages.
  2. Hitting our production output numbers.
  3. Hitting our specified number of online client reviews, and minimizing bad reviews.
Salary and Compensation:

$70-80k base salary based on experience and performance + incentives to get to $100k+. Participate in a medical benefit plan once upon completion of a 90 day trial.
