Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans and prepares treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
  • Clinical chair side assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation.
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update charts.
  • Sterilize instruments and disinfect rooms according to standards.
  • Take digital dental x-rays.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage the practice's email correspondence.
  • Process client and insurance payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Dental Assistant Certificate level 1 or 2.
  • Harp Certificate.
  • New grads are welcome to apply.

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday Days.

Job Type:

  • Full-time.

Salary:

  • Depends on Experience.
