HEAD OFFICE FRONT END MANAGER – JOB DUTIES

  • Ensure all standards are followed, tills/safe, petty cash counts
  • Overseeing Head Cashier and Office Admin positions at all locations
  • Hiring, Orientation and Training Head Cashier and Office Admin positions at store level in conjunction with Store Managers
  • Work with Store Managers for Front End operations
  • Work with Inventory Manager to ensure store cleanliness is kept up to standards with front end team
  • Ability to perform all the functions of front-end store and office administration according to procedures
  • Enhance customer loyalty through promoting of membership program
  • Audit front end staff to provide highest level of customer service
  • Be the main point of contact for Store Managers at all locations to answer all types of front end queries
  • Ensure front end staff is able to process promotions accurately
  • It's must to visit store regularly to audit front end.


Skills and Qualification

  • Experience in Handling Multiple locations is required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a front-End management role.
  • Previous Experience in cashiering and Head Cashiering roles.
  • Easy to work with and collaborative with Stores and head office to facilitate. efficient communication.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to build and support stores team (cashiers, inventory, stock, warehouse, etc.)
  • Good command of English and French is an asset
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Ability to travel to all locations
  • Must rotate around locations during high sale periods to ensure front end is operating effectively.
  • Post Secondary Diploma Required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed 35-50 wpm
  • Strong Mathematical skills, including problem analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accomplish all tasks and reports on timely manner
