ROLE: Inventory & Warehouse Specialist (Contract up to June 2026)
REPORTS TO: Inventory Control Manager / Logistics and Warehouse Sr. Manager
LOCATION: Burnaby, BC
We are looking for an Inventory Control & Warehouse Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team Will be responsible for supporting strategic inventory planning and warehouse management that drive the company’s profit and growth by maintaining the inventory accuracy across all facilities and developing an effective team.

Experience
- You have a bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
- You have at least 2-5 years of progressive experience in inventory management /supply chain roles
- You have excellent computer skills, experience with ERP (Latitude , Oracle NetSuite ) is an asset
Nice-to-Have
- Warehousing and inventory control experience
- WMS experience
- CPIM or relevant certification
Things you will do…
- Lead the cycle count and the annual stock take process ensuring reduction in variance.
- Deploy CI projects with cross team functions to eliminate inventory damages, waste & obsolescence.
- Work with supply planning team & sales to ensure that optimal days on hand inventory is available at all location.
- Management of inventory data within ERP system
- Responsible for closing month end with accounting on time
- Overall management of inventory levels including recommendations for min/max levels , transfer between plants , buy sell in ERP etc.

- You might need to work overtime during months ends
- Up to 20% travel to other facilities when required
