Roles and responsibilities:

• Analyze SAP BPEM exception cases to determine required corrective action. This will also require the use of the proprietary AMI Head End system (Command Center) – training will be provided.

• Resolve the SAP BPEM cases assigned

• Analyze data issues within the proprietary AMI Head End system (Command Center) and provide recommendations for resolution / complete the resolution.

• Document results of the analysis completed, and corrective actions taken.

• Other analysis / documentation as assigned by the Project Manager.


Must have skills / qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer/Engineering, or Management Information Systems.

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in information technology

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a senior CIS testing role of a complex software implementation.

• Experience with testing methodologies (Migration Testing, IST, Automated Testing, Mock Go-Live etc.…)

• Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills amongst IT analysts and business user audiences

• Ability to concurrently manage multiple assignments and deliverables

• Experience with testing SAP ISU software (Candidates with this experience will be strongly considered)

• Experience with Excel


Highly desired skills:

• Experience with an AMI Head End System (preferably Landis+Gyr’s Command Center)

• Utilities experience (i.e. power, water, wastewater, and gas)

• Experience with JIRA
