Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site and field role for a Sales Account Specialist located in Vaughan and North York ON. The Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training sessions to clients on AV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the audio-visual industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information and demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Experience in providing Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the AV industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT or related field
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide expert advice on AV solutions and recommend tailored products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  • Lead the bidding process — prepare and submit bids, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions.
