  • Puisque ce rôle nécessite que l’employé interagisse avec d’autres entités d’Amazon à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des employés et intervenants dans d’autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l’anglais est exigée pour ce poste.

Rôle et responsabilités:
  • Au quotidien, dresser la liste des exigences de l’entreprise (à la fois fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles), proposer des solutions, des preuves de concept et des démonstrations (pour présenter des aspects techniques à un public client non averti).
  • Développer des relations étroites avec les clients afin de devenir un conseiller de confiance pour leurs processus les plus critiques tout en accompagnant leur transformation numérique et leur parcours vers l’infonuagique.
  • Permettre d’atteindre les objectifs de revenus grâce à l’adoption et à la migration d’applications, de logiciels et de services sur la plate-forme AWS, en partenariat avec l’équipe des ventes.
  • Informer les clients de la proposition de valeur d’AWS et engager des discussions élaborées sur l’architecture pour veiller à ce que les solutions soient conçues pour garantir un déploiement infonuagique réussi.
  • Contribuer aux publications AWS internes et destinées aux clients telles que les livres blancs et les articles de blog pour renforcer davantage vos connaissances.
  • Faire office de lien entre les clients, les équipes d’ingénierie de service et l’assistance pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

Exigences en matière de mobilité:
  • Possibilité de vous déplacer au sein de la ville ou de la province, et jusqu’à 15 % hors de la province pour partir à la rencontre des clients.
  • La formation AWS lors du processus d’intégration (généralement les 3 premiers mois) peut nécessiter un déplacement vers les États-Unis pour un maximum de 5 jours consécutifs.

Qualifications spécifiques:
  • Bonne connaissance pratique du français et de l'anglais.
  • Certifications AWS (AWS Tech Essentials, AWS SA Associate, AWS SA Professional).
  • Expérience en prévente et/ou en contribution à des demandes de proposition.
  • Expérience en conception/exploitation de solutions basées sur les compétences AWS.
  • Expérience de travail avec des clients de services financiers.
  • Connaissance des outils et des méthodes de développement de logiciels (p. ex. ITIL, Zachman, TOGAF, etc.).
  • Licence technique en informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
